I am very happy with many of the transactions, both giving away excess stuff and getting stuff, with two kids, I'm not sure how I lived without it and with moving 3 times, it's been amazing to say the least!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

many successful transactions of clothing, furniture, and household items.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

that I know I'm helping to keep usable items out of the landfil.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

I've never met them but from what I've seen they are fair and helpful and do an excellent job!

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Promote, expand, and keep more items out of landfils!

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

I have been able to see some of my excess "stuff" go to good homes through this group, and have gotten some great deals to help my family budget as well. I love it!

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

Knowing stuff that still has life in it is not going to landfills!

Ways to make it better...

Individual groups that are in close geographic proximity would MERGE! Within a 15 mile radius of my house there are at least EIGHT freecycle groups. I subscribe to all of them...and as a result, get a LOT of duplicate e-mails.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

the tiny fractures. Again, why EIGHT freecycle groups within a 15 mile radius?

One thing I'd also say is that...

I wish that individual group owners would quit holding messages back until they are manually approved. This results in a lot of offers going through to the group after they have already been snatched up on other groups that have quicker approval.

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

About every month
