I help does not care about if they are helping a homeless individual or not, they simply care about the numbers and their money. I wish I could say that ihelp has helped so many homeless people get back on their feet but instead I have seen people sit around at in the ihelp program for years. None of the people in ihelp have any expectations and they are not held to any standards. They could sit in the ASU library all day and sleep and we would still give them food and shelter for 3 years. Ihelp needs to incorporate rules and standards so that the people who are in need can find the help they need to better their lives.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

There have been no results that I have personally seen.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

I would change the person in charge and the rules of the program. Ihelp is not trying to be CASS by any means but they do need to put standards in place and hold the people using the services to a certain level of accountability.

TCAA provides so much to the community. The TCAA Food Pantry gives food to families daily. In Home Delivered Meals program, we deliver 60,000 meals per year to the homebound in Tempe and Scottsdale, AZ. Great organization with small administrative staff, which means your donations go directly to the programs! They are eligible for the working poor tax credit in AZ.
