They perform an outstanding service to the NPO field - from hardware to software, to advice, forums, you name it. If it involves tech for NPO's, they're into it and ready to help. The site is a 'go-to' for me every day.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

our organization through their software donation program. We've saved thousands of dollars.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

show up at other NPO conferences to get the word out, such as the Land Trust Alliances annual Rally.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

they speak at my level rather than above my head.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

gracious and giving of their time.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

travel the country to exhibit and get first-hand feedback on the challenges of small- to medium sized NPO's.

Ways to make it better...

I'd read some of the instructions first.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

getting the word out to all NPO's that they exist.

One thing I'd also say is that...

What a great organization!

Too awsome for words. A great organization that takes care of the NPO tech needs. Their coustomer service pros have always made the ordering process easier.

keeping my computers virus free and up to date with the latest versions of software
