Wonderful program with a very dedicated, encouraging instructor!!
This is a wonderful program with a dedicated and committed instructor, Jacqui Errico.
We come in all shapes and sizes, levels of competence, all ages and body types, but we share one common goal, the desire to regain our strength, reclaim our health and carry on to the best of our ability! Its fun and healthy and Im grateful to have found this awesome group!
Can I give more than 5 stars? This program, leaders, retreat are amazing. Debbie is so warm and friendly, I felt a connection immediately. I was lucky enough to be able to participate in one of their retreats, coming as a stranger and not knowing anyone, leaving with hugs and a warm heart and new friends. The exercise program and participants are all encouraging and friendly. Debbie caters each exercise to individual needs which is important for each cancer patient.
Looking forward to my first walk on November 20th and have signed up for the 13 mile walk in June. Better start training!
I enjoyed the program,. Jacqui made exercising fun
and worthwhile/ Everyone in the class was friendly,
hardworking and a pleasure to spend the hour with.
Please continue the program.It works..........
I can't say enough about the uplifting encouraging supportive exercise group strength for life! The instructor was so warm and welcoming pulling the group together each week. This unique group enabled us to support each other while getting stronger. I recommend this group for all survivors. You won't be disappointed!
Learned about their mission and have participated in the weekly classes for quite a while. The support is outstanding and the sense of well-being created by the class is great! Their retreat was so delicious and filled with great information. The people are fantastic. THE AMAZING THING IS THAT IT IS FREE TO PARTICIPANTS!!! They provide you with free equipment that is yours to use at home. FANTASTIC!!!
It was an amazing experience. I wish everyone could go to the retreat. It could help absolutely EVERYONE as it did me
Found this this program from Winthrop University Hospital' ,contacted Jacqui & immediately felt welcomed into her class. She works with each one of us like a personal trainer even though it is a group. We all enjoy the class so very much & have enjoyed meeting people with all different types of cancer. Tremendous feelings of support from our instructor & other participants. Looking forward to next session.
Strength For Life is a great program that helps Cancer Survivors get and stay on track through regular exercise in a non competitive and relaxed atmosphere. Thanks you for all your ongoing support!!!
Strength for Life exercise classes provide me with a weekly opportunity to help build my body back again in a non stressful and comfortable environment with caring people.
A fabulous exercise program for cancer survivors. It is so welcoming, inspiring and Jacquie is the best! A true find. I loved it. Thank you for being there for me. It was perfect
As my oncologist told me , exercise is the key for staying healthy and cancer free.
As a breast cancer survivor I knew I had to exercise. I have never exercised in my entire life. Strength for life provided me the structure, encouragement and invaluable support that I needed. I always need that extra push and extra help. Jacqui lives, breathes and believes in Strength for Life. Her dedication and belief in what she does is unwavering, How amazing to be able to get a ball, a mat, bands, a bag and a video, all for no charge. The best part of the program is that you can come as often or as little as you want. You are always made to feel welcome. I made a good friend from the program and guess what our favorite activity is, walking at least 2 to 3 miles when we get together. Bravo to Jacqui and Debi. You deserve a million dollars to keep this amazing program going. Thank you so much for being apart of my life. Love you both!
Strength for Life help me be consistence in exercising. It serves two purposes. One for exercising and it feels like a support group. Everyone gets to know each other and it helps to talk and get more knowledge from other patients/survivors. I am very grateful for their services.
