Established to raise funds for the Stockton Arts Commissions Grants Program. Thus far, no major fund-raising project has been undertaken. Community support of the arts is splintered. There is lots of potential, but much work yet to be done.

Expand the board to include more Arts Commissioners. Conduct a membership drive for public donations. Get the city endowment money under foundation control.
