I have so much fun being a dancer in Stella Nova because of the connections I make with the dancers and teachers. That is my favorite part. Dance haas always been my form of release and other dance activities ive been involved with have always gotten to the point where they just get stressful and are no longer a fun experience. Stella Nova has never crossed that line and I am very greatful for that. I give the dance company a 4 because I don't feel that my technique has been improved because of the classes I have taken with Stella Nova, so I would suggest creating tougher technique classes for the dancers to take.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

The way the dancers act around each other and the effect the company's performances have had on their audiences.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

I would put new dancers on probation for about a month after they get into the company so that if their performance in the company does not match the performance they put on during the auditions, they can easily be removed from the company.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

The relationships I have created with the dancers in the company.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Very invested in the best interest of everyone involved in the company

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Do anything! There are so many creative ideas flowing out of everyone involved in the company.

Ways to make it better...

I had harder technique classes

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

Its money issues.

One thing I'd also say is that...

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?
