My husband and I very impressed at how the organization is run. Considering that there are not a lot of funds, Hermina with her team, is able to maximize the available funds and runs it efficiently. There are regular updates and pictures in mailings. The website is also a great resource to see the progress of the work being done. We will continue to support and promote this organization to friends and relatives as much as we can. We pray that there will be more donors in the future.

This is a worthy organization that helps fight poverty and hunger in Petit-Goave, Haiti. Ste Jeanne D'Arc Haiti Foundation provides the basic need to the orphans and disadvantaged children (especially, those who survived the devastating earthquake of 2009). These children need clean water, food, medical assistance, and education to survive and succeed. This organization cares for these children. This organization has some very ambituous goals to carry out its mission. One such goal is to help small farmers, in rural areas of Petit-Goave, with education and microfinance assistance.

Ste Jeanne foundation not only provides for the support of orphaned young girls but helps to develop long-lasting benefits from building wells, training farmers, and providing the initive for "self-worth" for the residents. Great work in many areas:)

I recently had the honor to meet Hermina and hear about the the individual stories of the children in Haiti that Hermina and the foundation have dedicated their lives to assisting. Because of Hermina and her staff, including her Director of Charitable Giving, Martin McNulty, the lives of the children have been enriched. The donations for this charity are assisting with the day to day living of our most vulnerable population, children. In additon to reaching out to the children the foundation also distributes food to the local community. This is the perfect example of how a few people can make such a positvie difference in the lives of many.

St. Jean D'Arc Foundation is a great organization that helps those in need in Haiti.The kids assisted by this organization receive all the support they need.They share a home, teacher in a nurturing enviroment . It will be ideal if all the orphans in Haiti had such a caring organization taking care of them.

This a worthy charity because it assists the most vulnerable population of Haiti, it's children. The foundation provides clothing, food, education and emotional support to the orphaned girls and their surrounding community. Future goals of expanding housing to accommodate additional girls and boys and the agriculture assistance to farmers can only be achieved through donations.

Why did you make your donation at this time?
It is a worthy foundation overshadowed by those with celebrity name recognition. They assist young girls to learn and feel good about themselves which prepares them for future leadership.
What would you tell others about this organization?
It is an foundation that helps the least of those in Haiti, it's children who are Haiti's future.

Ste Jeanne D Arc Haiti Foundation has performed amazing work in Haiti over the past years, especially after the earthquake of 2010. Hermina Hyacinthe has dedicated much of her time to reach the goals and mission of the foundation. The foundation has been focused on raising awareness of the devastating situation in Petit Goave, specifically the importance of having clean water available for the poor communities. Ste Jeanne D Arc Haiti foundation has accomplished several goals in the Petit Goave community such as creating three wells that provide clean accessible water, working towards better nutrition and health, and endless amount of love and support. Ste Jeanne D Arc has brought about change over the years but still has much more potential to fully reach success. With the help of more financial donations, volunteer services and overall support, this foundation can do much more than is has already.
