Springboard is an innovative nonprofit. I'm impressed at their ability to focus on helping a whole system versus just bandaging a problem. Their program is focused on helping those individuals at the poverty level better themselves and the companies they work for by offering a highly effective and replicable program. It has been my privilege to work with them and look forward to collaborating further.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

the clients I have worked with in individual and group settings. Many of them have been promoted within their respective companies, and others have significantly improved their engagement levels.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Automate more. This would ultimately help to make it even more efficient than it already is.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

The connection with individuals who need the help as well as connecting with a group that is committed to building the best experience possible regardless of who you are or how you are involved with them.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

All helpful, passionate and innovative. The level of commitment to the work was extraordinary.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

potentially revolutionize the US economy by having an engaged and highly productive workforce in typically low income jobs.

Ways to make it better...

There were more automated processes as we navigate through the programs

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

Helping the business they go into pull up from the day to day to see the possibilities of all their programs.

One thing I'd also say is that...

I firmly believe in the SpringBoard Mission and Vision and will continue to do my part to help them.
