This is the worse church in the City of Memphis. I wouldn't let them shepherd my dog (if I had one). The pastor is a whoremonger, his sons are dead-beat dads and infidels, and he ordained one as an elder and the other he licensed as the minister of music.
The pastor lives in the church for some reason, and won't go home to his own wife. Um! His children had to move in the church, I suppose just to get to see him. Won't pay their bills. Terrible, terrible people.
They destroy homes. Borrow thousands and thousands from members and won't repay. Shame, shame, shame.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
I would dissolve it and burn the building down.... For real. They fowl over there.
