The mission of Spirit Jump is to provide hope and comfort to the many men, women and children battling cancer, one gift at a time. Spirit Jump strives to let each and every cancer fighter know that they are not alone in their battle and that there are people behind them as they fight. Spirit Jump’s goal is to help cancer fighters fight strong by providing uplifting cards and inspirational gifts from our “Jumpers” to help fighters maintain the strength they need every day as they battle this terrible disease. The Amazing Part:. The amazing thing about Spirit Jump is that both the person giving a gift (Jumper) often has their spirit lifted just as much as the person receiving the gift (Jumpee).

We have lifted the spirits of over 150 people battling cancer all over the world.

Spirit Jump is providing the most basic service - hope. They take requests for "spirit jumps" from cancer patients or their families, and distribute those people's requests to their growing army of Jumpers. My mother is a patient who has received numerous cards, notes, and gifts as she's dealt with cancer over the last 9 months, and it's amazing how those small tokens have helped her remain optimistic. We LOVE Spirit Jump!!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

my mother, a current cancer figher.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

not change anything.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

the personal care.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

diverse and compassionate.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Take over the online philanthropic world! They would reach sooooo many more people!!

Ways to make it better...

nothing to add.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

publicity - like every other small non-profit organization. And they'll need more staff at some point...

One thing I'd also say is that...

Meaghan and Stacy are the best. :)

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?
