SACA does not practice equality with their internal employees. High turn over, and sadly are the good one leaving. Some people who work for years do not keep confidential the issues of their clients. Comments about not able to help people with jobs or training because they did not speak English were common until we develop the customized readiness program. Ms. Graupera does not hire hispanics for her staff at fiscal. Only one hispanic for billing and the other as receptionist of all the of the eight staff members. Ms Graupera has 8 staff members to run an organization with less than 200 hundred employees, while other companies have more than five hundred and they run fiscal with two or three members. No wonder the funding is not enough for the programs to get staff or supplies to run them. Ms Graupera's salary is very high for the fuctions exercised at the moment. SACA has forgotten the mission of the agency and has gotten stuck with long term employees that are underdevelop, are members of the family (nepotism), employees do not have right or voice to improve or complaint about what is wrong. I will not recommend SACA for a place of employment unless you are looking to satisfy your pocket and care less for the community. Remember to bow in front of the grankahuna or you will be in trouble.

Instead of fiscal and management being a resource and support to managers and directors of programs; they made the situations difficult by mismanage of funding, overload of work, lack of professionalism, dishonesty, lack of respect, and abuse of power.
