I have been a member of Single Mothers Outreach for many years. They have offered me a lot of support. Single Mothers Outreach helps me to celebrate hollidays with my children. I have attended seminars and been educated. This organization is awesome.

Single Mothers Outreach is directed by DaAnne Smith who cares so much and works so hard to improve the lives of single parents and their kids. SMO considers the well being of the single parent on different levels, economically and psychologically. Understanding the issues that single parents live with is something the SMO excels in.

I have been a Single Mothers Outreach member since I became a new mom almost 2 years ago.It was endorsed by SCV Pregnancy Center and I started being involved as a student for Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University. It truly made me vigilant on how to spend, save and invest. I decided to delve into SMO further and deeper. I suscribe to their daily newsletter and got a job. I also refer jobs too. It was a wonderful experience being part of it. You learn from moms and help other moms. Also, you also contribute to their lives. I am right now successful in my own right and I give back what is due by promoting through my network site, Jinky Santa Clarita any events, causes aned fund raisers they share with me. Also, I contribute there as a blogger. This organization has been a blessing to me. What a great wonderful journey I have with Deanne Smith, Terri, Andrea ...SMO Team, I am here for you!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

right away.

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

hope we can have more sponsors coming in. More coverage so we can help more moms find resources for them.

More feedback...

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

to share my blessings with other moms. And they share their blessings with me too.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

top notch. The best assistant there is Terri. She would have been a greater network master than me. She knows so much on what's going on. :)

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Cover a lot of ground especially reaching out other moms get attention they need.

Ways to make it better...

I meet other moms to help and empower!

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

Getting more sponsors and find more resources. We want more so we can help more.

One thing I'd also say is that...

Single Moms Outreach in SCV is a dynamic, pro-mommy,pro-family NGO. I look forward they grow further....We grow further as clients and supporters too. So, support SMO. You truly change futures and lives of good, honorable and strong women. Two thumbs up!

As a single mom I recently learned about this amazing organization in my community. I have two kids and feel very alone here. They have given me hope and have made me feel like with their workshops and case management I will be able to finish school and reach financial independence. Single Mothers Outreach sends us emails with articles that are uplifting and give you strength knowing you are not alone. I am so blessed being a part of their organization.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

Several different ways, specifically as a single mother it is extremely difficult to treat my children to the extras other families take for granted for example on Mothers day Single Mothers outreach sent us to Magic Mountain, parking and lunch included.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

Is how kind, caring and helpful the staff has been. They give me hope!

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Knowledgeable and nonjugemental, they are like angels.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Make a huge difference for the state of California! Many moms that are relying on the state to survive could have the support of SMO to learn how to handle their finances and get better paying jobs! I am halfway there!
