Mission: To enhance the wellbeing of underserved people in el salvador through human development programs implemented in partnership with other foundations and local organizations.
Programs: Provided humanitarian aid to needy individuals consisting of donated goods, medical equipment, food and clothing. For 2012 over 550 hospitals, clinics, rural health posts, nursing homes and orphanages were served, providing access to basic medicines and medical supplies directly to more than 104,000 underserved salvadorans. Indirectly, the foundation assists tens of thousands of people through its medical distribution program which reaches 550 institutions that include hospitals, clinics, orphanages, nursing homes and other organizations. The foundation also works with more than 2,000 health promoters who receive medicines and supplies from this program. Each of these health promoters see on average about 600 patients.
