RIDDLE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL

I had a sprained ankle once a couple of years ago, and the Physician's Assistant who took care of me in the ambulatory ER was really wonderful. I was rushing to get to Riddle in the first place because my grandmother was very ill in the hospital. The PA's name took great care of me, made sure that she did not miss any hidden fractures, and let me take a wheelchair upstairs to see my grandmother. The advice she gave me and the care she gave me were incredibly helpful!

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
having someone bandage my ankle and foot so well and with such care
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
very caring and compassionate, very friendly
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
redo its Emergency Department, do more outreach in the community, and grow
Ways to make it better...
the wait for an x-ray was shorter
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
maintaining a static base of donors as the community around them changes
One thing I'd also say is that...
the people were very apologetic about the wait and made every effort to help me handle the pain, etc.
