This is an incredible grassroots charity. Not only is it a secular organisation, it is also one with complete transparency. This inspires confidence, because not only do I know that my money is not waisted I can also see exactly how my donation is being used. Responsible Charity also makes remarkable good use of social media to help promote their organisation, but also in using it as a tool for transparency and with its openness accountability. What more can one want?

I've been giving to Responsible Charity since early 2011, having first been impressed by its mission and the vision of its CEO, Hemley Gonzalez. Donors like me seek to fill unmet needs and to engage a larger world. Responsible Charity satisfies both motivations. As a donor who has spent 11 years of his professional life in the field of philanthropy, I've also been deeply impressed with RC's robust stewardship and detailed gift reporting. Donors to RC can be reassured that their gifts are being used wisely -- they see the evidence, most compellingly on the RC's lively Facebook page. Doing right by the people they serve and by the people who join the cause: that's Responsible Charity.
