I was a Volunteer & helped with developemnt and coordinate efforts

I have never seen a nonprofit that has been so professional and coordinated in effort. RG fills a void much needed in SAR efforts throughout the world and one can easily see this by simply tuning into BBC. Ground/Air teams need to be coordinated so resources aren't drained and survivors get help- Haiti needs RG.

- The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were... professional and extraordinarily trained with backgrounds in medical, military, SAR, and specialized education areas
- If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could... save millions of lives one disaster at a time
Ways to make it better!
- My experience would have been better if... The lost person was found, but this was not the RG team's fault as funding was obtained for the team to deploy when the chances were already too slim to find survivor.
- If I ran this organization, I would... give funding to hold in reserves
- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... funds and individual/private support
- One thing I'd also say is that... please support RG- Haiti needs this organization to save lives right now
