Truthout seems to be a leftist organization masquerading as an "unbiased" alternative news source. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Virtually everything I've read on their web site indicates that it is part of the Socialist Progressive (Marxists) philosophy movement...

However much we may think we enjoy or believe in the Brian Williams-type news, it's just not the real deal. It's all made for TV with all the requisite sound bites/visuals, requires little brain use and can't possibly be thorough due to the MASSIVE amount of advertising (read: MONEY) required. I'...
