Mission:
TLC exists to promote the healthy emotional development of children 0-5 so that they will be able to learn to their fullest potential by providing on-site mental health services to childcare facilities in the Bay Area,mental health training to preschool teachers and childcare providers, and parent education. TLC is grounded in sensitivity to the diversity of the communities it serves.
