Mission:
Founded in 2006 through the initial support of Lynn Schusterman, the Center for Leadership Initiatives, Inc. (CLI) is a private operating foundation dedicated to supporting current and emerging leaders in the Jewish world. The uniqueness of CLI lies in its ability to network key individuals and to listen to the needs they express in their leadership positions. Where CLI is able to offer opportunities for growth, programs are developed and implemented with a ‘braid’ approach that incorporates professional development training, networking sessions and Jewish content.
Results:
To date, the CLI offering includes the following gatherings and professional development programs: Insight Fellowship; Kivun Intensive; ROI Community for Young Jewish Innovators; Facilitation Intensive; Mid-Level Managers; Tzimtzum; Hazon International; The Conversation; REALITY Israel Experience for Teach for America Corps Members; Launch Pad Fellowship; Birthright Israel Next Staff Professional Development; and the Reut Institute Staff Judaic Studies Professional Development.
