Someone who had 3 hours of volunteer time could: Research and apply for awards and recognition for us; translate documents to/from French for the team; Administer our social media tools; and lots of other opportunities to help us out!
Geographic areas served: Africa, sub-Saharan region
Mission:
NomadHope is actively partnering in West Africa, to apply appropriate technology and engineering solutions that will improve education and literacy for rural communities.
Results:
Two schools in Essakane now have hand washing water systems and programs, latrines in working order, lights in every classroom, and a revenue generating program for maintenenace and repair costs.

Over two years ago, the Rotary Club of Manhattan Beach was approached by Nomad Hope to partner on a clean water, solar and sanitation project in rural Mali to benefit 6 schools. The Rotary Club recognized the quality of the proposal and signed on to partner. To date, over $60,000 has been raised ...
