Mission:
Mission Statement: "Providing Excellence in Education and Charitable Surgical Care".Historically, the Pacific Clinical Research Foundation was founded by Dr Moses in order to provide clinical research and education of his advanced maxillofacial surgical techniques and to develop "outcome-based results" publications which significantly changed patient management and insurance reimbursments. Monies generated by symposiums and consultations were channeled into charitable mission clinics as well as international fellowships and education. Dr. Moses began mission startup clinics and has worked with Rotary International, helping on the initial founding mission for project Thousand Smiles Foundation which was formed in order to allow the most direct, efficient and cost-effective benefits for the children afflicted with dento-facial cleft and craniofacial deformities located in the region of Ensenada, Mexico. It continued this alliance through Dr Moses for over 20 years while PCRF continued with it''s mission goals and initiated the start up clinics located in several other sites for the benefit of other organizations as well as adding to those hosted by TSF. The other organizations include IMA,International Medical Alliance, Flying Samaritans,and Variety Children''s Lifeline, and recently, the Smiles Train.
Results:
Numberous Cleft surgical clinics have provided hundreds of children with free dental and facial surgical restoration. A new clinic in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico has been added to our ever-growing-group of ongoing cinics.

I have worked with Doctor Moses on many missions and am very proud of the work we do! We change lives of children and the families around them. As a nurse, in a non acute profession, this has been a way to use my skills and partipcate in a mission that is very satisfying...

AS a registered nurse, I have participated many times in the Tecate, Mexico clinic, I have made several trips on the Ukraine trips, and was on the India trip in December 2010. We have come to these clinics with all of our supplies - 10-20 luggage bags - to provide a safe surgical operating room ...

I have participated in two missions with SIF and been rewarded with life enriching experiences. The missions have been well run, with efficient use of resources and volunteer time. Monies donated to SIF go directly toward patient care. I have been on multiple trips with several different mission ...
