Mission:
The priority of NLCS is to serve low-income families with children who are homeless, chemically addicted, or both. Individuals are also treated as resources permit. Shelter, addiction treatment, re-entry education, and other forms of assistance for low-income homeless persons and/or chemically addicted persons are provided.
