I have volunteered at Middleburg Humane for almost 2 years, going 2-3 times a week. Small miracles happen there all the time! For example I have seen starving horses saved from being tied up at the side of a road with no access to water much less food , brought to this farm and fed and socialized ... more »

I've been with MHF for 13 or so years now and continue to be amazed by the work they do. When telling and bragging to people about this wonderful organization they often say how can you stand the sadness of seeing abused and neglected animals.
