Meals on Wheels-Anderson
Mission:
Meals on Wheels assists the elderly and disabled in maintaining their health, independence, and quality of life by providing hot meals. Nutrition is extremely important to maintain good health and Meals on Wheels provides 1/3 of the daily nutritional requirements for participants. Many would not be able to stay in their own homes without the assistance provided by the agency and its many volunteers.

There's nothing better than helping out those that need it. I enjoy volunteering for MOW, there's a strong sense of community as we pack up to head out for our deliveries...
