I was a volunteer, donor, and fundraiser at Little Shelter in 2009 and 2010. In 2009, they awarded me their "President's Award for Philanthropic Leadership". Pros: they do great work as far as taking care of their animals and working diligently to get them all homes. I am especially happy about their sanctuary for so called "unadoptables". Rather than living out their lives in cages, Little Shelter has provided a place for these older and/or infirmed ... more »
