I first visited Last Hope Cat Kingdom a few years ago and upon my first visit was overwhelmed by their tremendous commitment to helping needy animals. Last Hope is a non-profit 501c3 shelter in Merced County. They are the only shelter that actively rescues, shelters and rehomes dogs and cats from Merced County.
