Mission:
We provide leadership experiences with children through volunteerism and fundraising. The children helping are learning leadership skills, gaining confidence & wisdom, and those receiving are feeling loved, getting needs met and tasting hope. We fulfill monetary and moral support to those in need.
Results:
What started out as a really simple idea from a 10 year old to simply raise $240 for a child in Africa, turned into a leadership academy for kids that has raised over $100,000 in the first 3 years for children in need. To date they have given thousands of dollars to orphans in Haiti, a counter trafficking program in Ghana, Africa, homeless children, various local kids with severe medical complications, sent 6,200 zip lock bags filled with candy to our troops, started a global pen pal program, sent 500 backpacks filled with school supplies to children rescued from trafficking, 175 stuffed annimals on Christmas Eve to a children's hospital and books to chilren in remote areas in the Philippines.
