I've learned so much since I began volunteering at the JCCCNC and I've developed a new sense of caring and passion for the Japanese culture, traditions and heritage. I just wish I could share these new experiences with my grandparents who are no longer alive, but in a way I do feel reconnected ...

The JCCCNC is a major anchor in San Francisco Japantown. The center provides programs and services for all ages, but most importantly it helps build a sense of community for Japanese Americans throughout the bay area. Events, classes and services are fun, educational and affordable.
