Mission
Charities exist for a social purpose and to be drives of social change. The Greater Pittsburgh Nonprofit Partnership exists to improve the viability, impact, and effectiveness of the sector. We do this through:
- Educating the public about the nonprofit sector and generating support for the sector;
- Acting as an informed, organized voice for the sector;
- Providing a forum for discussing and developing solutions to community problems; and
- Creaing a face for the sector that is not easily forgettable to the community.
Through these actions, the GPNP will be an alliance that provides value to members.
