Vision: GGO creates, presents and performs professional artistic work. GGO embraces a strong circle of people invested in and passionate about Golden Gate Opera, supporting and feeding into our goal of artistic excellence. GGO instills a lasting love for opera and the arts, in the participants and audiences, to secure the appreciation of opera over generations for the inspiration of people''s lives.

Golden Gate Opera performs professional opera in intimate local setting at prices you can afford. At the fund raising events you meet the performers and their families and they sing for you so close that you might feel their breath or hear the rustle in their clothes.
