Target demographics: All ages, all incomes. Our clients range from newborn infants to frail elders who seek dignity and compassion at the end of their lives

Direct beneficiaries per year: 1,500 + County residents receive over 85,000 visits from one of our care providers each year.
Over 1,000 residents receive their flu shots from us each year and over 450 people receive care at our foot clinics.

Someone who had 3 hours of volunteer time could: Become a hospice volunteer and offer respite to a family.
Provide support services for our work, such as help with events, fundraising, and mailings.

To provide high quality health care programs and related support services to the residents of Franklin County, Vermont, in a community setting. We are committed to excellence in service. We strive to meet the needs of our clients in a professional manner that promotes health , independence, comfort, dignity and quality of life.
Results:
Thanks to our generous sponsors, donors of auction items and attendees, we raised over $36,000 at this year's Blue Jean Ball.
United Way funding of our Homemaker program provides services to people so they can stay in their home rather than a nursing home or hospital
Each year, hundreds of people send us gifts of all sizes in recognition of our work and as a tribute or memorial to someone special in their lives.

FCHHA came into my Dad's end of life care a number of years ago. I cannot tell you how helpful and caring these nurses were. First and foremost my Dad came first in comfort and in there care.
