-Answer phones and provide intake services in the office
-Set up and help with registration at one of our training events

As of 6/30/10 -
Trained over 2100 families and educators. Provided I&R to more than 10,000 through email, phone calls and mail, quarterly newsletter. Resource fair and parent conference attended by 338. Family Friends program provided over 3600 hours of respite support to families; as well as 870 hours of additional volunteer support.
