Mission:
CAP is dedicated to finding loving adoptive families for children waiting in foster care. Roughly half a million children in the U.S. have been removed from unsafe homes, and of these, 120,000 are free for adoption. CAP seeks to find adoptive homes for America''s hardest to place children.

I met a friend while serving on a selected panel. As we discussed our lives I discovered he and his partner was adopting a young man who did not have a family.
