Obstacles:

We spent a lot of time and resources on our Discover the Truth About Lung Cancer project which highlights nonsmokers and former smokers who were afflicted with lung cancer. The purpose of the project is to help fight the stigma associated with the disease and the hopes to increase more funding.

We’ve also spent a lot of time on re-vamping our website so that information is easier to find in few clicks. We’ve added ourselves to Twitter (info@beverlyfund.org) and also have a Fan page on Facebook.

What your donation will allow us to do:
Provide free radon kits, provide free teaching materials to educators to teach about lung health and the dangers of tobacco. Provide information to physicians, patients, caregivers and the public about lung cancer facts and statistics, provide food to the patients at Jefferson Cancer Clinic.

Your donation of $17.30 enables us to:

Provide soft pretzels to the patients at Jefferson Cancer Clinic in Philadelphia.

Your donation of $10 enables us to:

Allows us to provide free radon test kits to anyone wishing to test their home for radon, the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer.

Your donation of $35 enables us to:

Allows us to send free teaching materials to educators and covers a class of 50 students.
