Mission

The API Cultural Center, Inc., dba Oakland Asian Cultural Center (OACC) builds vibrant communities through Asian and Pacific Islander American (APIA) arts and culture programs that foster intergenerational and cross-cultural dialogue, cultural identity, collaborations, and social justice.
