Mission:
Alameda County Meals on Wheels' MISSION is to assist frail elders in maintaining their independence at home.
Alameda County Meals on Wheels' GOAL is to provide all eligible seniors with high quality, nutritious meals according to their needs, whether hot, frozen, cold, of ethnic origin or reflecting a special diet, prepared in Alameda County in a cost-effective manner, delivered by a caring driver and administered by local community-based organizations.

As a dietitian whose program benefits directly from the efforts of ACMOW, we so appreciate the energy, enthusiasm and vision that this group embodies.
