Someone who had 3 hours of volunteer time could: Help with translating from Russian to English, help raising funds.
Mission:
AdVita Fund USA was founded to help improve access to most effective treatment to as many children and adult cancer patients as possible. We want to make sure that our patients’ lives depend not on their financial situation, but on the progress of modern medicine.
Results:
Raised around $30,000 in 2009. Contributed to payment for medical costs for two patients and to bone marrow donor searches for three patients.
