Target demographics: 11-18 year olds and their families in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties.  All students and families of Palo Alto High School, Gunn High School, Terman Middle School, Jordan Middle School, and JLS Middle School in the Palo Alto Unified School District, La Entrada Middle School in the Las Lomitas School District, and Menlo-Atherton High School and Redwood High School in the Sequoia Union High School District.  At-risk teens struggling with substance abuse and addiction.
