I have seen the conditions of orphanages in the places PFO donates to, and if you donate to the state-run orphanages, the orphans are not impacted as the money never gets to them.
However, PFO donates to non-profit organizations that are NOT state-funded, and the children see every penny of that money.
The integrity of the leadership in PFO is second to none.
The impact of PFO is life to those on the verge of death; children who need simple surgeries are able to have those surgeries because of this organization.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
the life of Jade, a sweet 7 year old Chinese girl with a heart condition. PFO has changed the lives of many through its work.
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
start funding other orphanages, but monetary donations would have to increase in order for that to happen.
