Legitimate noprofits not only can and do keep of the number of people they are helping but they are obligated to keep such records to support that their organization is infact charitable and not for profit. I am wondering what would make a nonprofit incapable of. Adapting sound business princicipals & what exactly is it that would prevent a non profit from being able to demonstrate accountability - this Pet Food Stamp sham is harming more than it is helping

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

At least keep applicants current on funding , where donations are at, disclose the number of applicants they have had , how manu are being helped, how long the average wait
