Permaganic Co. is a fantastic company filled with fantastic, positive people. The work that they are doing is very, very important and I support it with all of my heart. The kids that are involved in the program might not have another opportunity quite like this one if it weren't for them. Also, they are located in the downtown area of Cincinnati - right in the heart of it! It is my hope that they'll continue their good work through the years to come to improve our planet for the sake of all.

Permaganic is a shining example of what city gardens ought to be. They provide a space of learning and community resilience, spreading ripples of positive influence far and wide.

I am a member of Cincinnati Friends Meeting, a Quaker church. We decided about a year ago to actively support the work and mission of Permaganics. In fact, we called their work a "ministry" in the Quaker sense of that word: serving the needs of others in ways that promotes the development of peace and social justice. Their work with the youth of inner-city Cincinnati, in a neighborhood called Over-The-Rhine is a strong force for bringing good healthy work- not to mention good healthy food- into the lives of the children and young adults there. Luke and Angela have demonstrated over many years now the depth and seriousness of their committment to this project.
