FIRST IMPRESSION:

The American legal system like the US political needs a general overhaul from top to bottom as it is based solely on contrived pompous conjecture. For honestly Vice President Biden in speaking on the place of the US in the world regarding infrastructure and Laguardia says it look like a Third World country. Where the health care system has highly infant mortality rates than third world countries, lower standards of education living etc and more productivity than any country in the world as its people are pushed into slavery while the legal system represents more and more private corporate interests where whether judges are elected or appointed is irrelevant as both the two system are corrupt a police state by committee or by tyrant the result is all the same. Where legal professionals are force fed pipe dreams about making the big bucks until they puke in what is never manifest except by selling out and becoming just another part of the problem which seems to serve as window dressing. Where I would rather be called nasty things because I am out spoken rather than being a sellout.

I'm a former co-op student, intern, and public interest fellow with Pennsylvanians For Modern Courts, and I recently accepted a position with a national judicial policy group. With a small staff and limited resources, PMC educates and informs the public on a number of important issues about judges, judicial selection, and the court system. They do great work on topics that are important to the Pennsylvania judiciary, and the staff is extremely dedicated to their work.

They've worked with state legislators to design bills calling for judicial selection reform, and made excellent recommendations for reform to the disciplinary procedures for Pennsylania's judges.
