PTN is an organization founded by occupational therapists and centered around OT. today, they also offer PT and speech therapy, early intervention, and an Early Headstart program. The wealth of offers for families is incredible. From individual therapy to groups like Buddy Club, a social skills group, Leaps & Bounds, their center-based Early Intervention program where therapists are integrated into the educational groups with almost 1:1 ratio between kids and caregivers, to inclusive hiphop dance classes to Toddler Talk, a parent-baby group in the morning that facilitates exchange among parents with young children with disabilities while providing expertise and ideas, to the great idea of "rendezvous respite", the monthly babysitting program that allows parents of children with disabilities to go out on a Saturday night and know their kid is in good professional hands. Maybe I have forgotten some of the offers this organization provides to families... pTN's speciality is sensory integration, a child-centered developmental approach to understand a child's development and behavior, asking why the child is behaving or developing in a specific way. This approach is especially helpful for children withnlearning disorders, clumsiness, difficult behaviors, Hyperactivity, attention problems, and autism spectrum disorders.erapists are very dedicated but waiting lists may belong.
