Mission: The mission of the Patterson Grizzlies Youth Football & Cheerleading Organization is to provide the youth of Patterson, Westley and Grayson and surrounding communities with an organized athletic program where they will be closer together as a community sharing a common interest in sportsmanship, respect, teamwork and leadership skills through football and cheerleading. Our primary goal is to prepare the participants by teaching them physical and mental fitness for their future involvement in the high school football/cheerleading experience. Patterson Grizzlies Youth Football & Cheerleading Organization is a 100% non-profit organization. It is the goal of the Grizzlies to ensure that the youth who participate excel both on and off the field. We require all football and cheerleaders to maintain their academics at a high standard with excellent classroom behavior. All participants must follow and uphold their players’ code of conduct. Patterson Grizzlies presents to each adult affiliated an opportunity to share in the unity of its youth. Adults affiliated with the Grizzlies teach the fundamentals of football through respect and self-discipline. Children are our future, therefore, adults affiliated with the Grizzlies work together in teaching all participants the importance of turning a youth’s life from self-indulgence to self-respect, to respects others, and respect and uphold the law. All Board Members, participants, parents, spectators and sponsors affiliated with the Patterson Grizzlies must embrace the Patterson Grizzlies mission as set forth above.
Results: We have spent much of our time doing fundraisers to assure that all of our paperwork was filed with Secretary of State, Attorney General, IRS and Franchise Tax Board to ensure that we are in fact 100% nonprofit. We also did fundraising to assure that we have funds for our EVERY CHILD PLAYS Program.

WELL HELLO, I AM COUCH PAUL OF THE PATTERSON GRIZZLIES I FELT I SHOULD STRESS ON OUR NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION .WE HAVE PUT MANY HOURS INVOLVED IN GETTING THE GRIZZLIES UP AND RUNNING SO THAT OUR KIDS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO DO SOMETHING ELSE WITH THEIR TIME THEN HANG ON THE STREETS. IT IS VARY SAD THAT INDIVIDUALS OF OTHER SO CALLED TEAM WILL GO TO THOSE LENGTHS TO TRY AND PUT A YOUTH ORGANIZATION DOWN AND SPREAD FALSE RUMORS, MAKE NEGATIVE COMMENTS AND LIES THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN INDIVIDUALS FEEL THREATEN OF A NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT HAS BIG PLANS FOR OUR YOUTH. WHEN WE HAVE INVITED OUR PARENTS AND OUR FUTURE PARENTS TO COME OUT AND SEE FOR THEIR SELF HOW WE WORK WE HAVE NOTHING TO HIND.SO FOR THOSE WHO ARE COMPELLED TO LEAVE CHILDISH COMMENTS SOMETIMES IT'S BEST TO LOOK IN THE MIRROR FIRST. THE GRIZZLIES BOARD HAS TAKEN THE TIME AND DEDICATION TO REACH OUR YOUTH AND THAT SPECKS FOR IT SELF. OUR NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION IS HERE TO STAY. BECAUSE FOR AN INDIVIDUAL TO SPECK WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT WE ARE DOING FOR OUR COMMUNITY IT JUST MAKES THEM NOT INTELLIGENT AT ALL.SO ON THAT NOTE: WE WILL STILL PUSH FORWARD AND HAVE A GREAT SEASON.
