I have participated in fundraiser events for this group as a volunteer. The love and dedication that the founders put into it is amazing. They work very hard to ensure that the dogs they are placing have the best training and are a good fit for their forever person. All of my experiences have been positive and it is so rewarding to see the impact that they are having on lives of the military personnel they are helping.

I am a puppy raiser for Patriot Service Dogs. Initially it was daunting to prepare a dog that will be given free of charge to someone in the military faced with adversity but we receive so much guidance and support that the process was rewarding and fun. My first dog graduated and is now with a Marine helping him face challenges brought on by multiple deployments in war zones. His family has shared what a difference having her has made to them all. I have just started raising another puppy with hopes that he, too, will change the life of someone.
