They have a great facility with great doctors and other personnel. Across many departments, they almost always have appointment openings when I need them, and they rarely make me wait long once I'm there for an appointment.

The one problem with PAMF I have is that they've changed their
billing system recently and can't seem to figure out how to input my family's insurance info so I don't have to give it to them again and again.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

improve advice nurse service - they should enable you to call back directly rather than taking a message. also, they always run out of pediatric vaccines it seems or not have them early enough.
