Mission: The Orange County Rescue Mission desires to bring help and hope to the homeless and needy of Orange County California. Our Vision is to minister the love of Jesus Christ to the least, the last and the lost of Orange County through the provision of assistance in the areas of guidance, counseling, education, job training, shelter, food, clothing, and health care.

Programs: Prevention, outreach, and emergency services and programs prevention-focused services are intended to help those living on the edge of homelessness & hunger by filling in the gaps with hope through the provision of food, shelter, medical and other life necessities for the poor and underserved. Our team of volunteers and paid staff work to assist those that are hopeless by providing resources including care coordination, rental assistance, legal assistance, meals, health and dental care. Outreach services areas are located throughout orange county, often meeting the homeless and hurting directly on the streets, providing meals and resources such as legal aid and mobile medical services. Emergency services are deployed through our operation oc partnership after local and regional disasters and other catastrophes to assist in providing logistics support, communications, temporary shelter, food, and other resources to repair and rebuild lives. Through prevention, outreach and emergency services, 594,332 meals were distributed through feeding hope boxes, 462,013 meals were provided through our mobile food outreach, 5,772 individuals were provided with medical care by our medical team, and 1,190 hours of free legal counsel was provided.
