i was accepted into this program a month after i turned 18. this program has helped me Tremendously. they taught me how to be indapendent and be social in a positive manner.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
they guided to locations on were to go for financial assistance for food and medical assistance for my health. i recieved help with my educational needs and guided me to carry myself with a positive attitude.

I came into the Operation SafeHouse TLP after being in the foster care system and having no where else to go after I turned 18 yrs old.

Since I been here I gotten help regestering for college, getting a job, I learned how to grocery shop, apply for financial help, also the life skills here have helped me with eating healthier meals, budgeting my money, etc. And hopefully when i'm done with the program I will be able to stand on my own two feet.

Safehouse has helped me out alot, specially because I was new in the area and didn't have family out here. Safehouse assisted me in everything like housing, food, and finding a job. Now, I'm being able to save and plan a better future thanks to the help I'm getting.

Ive been help ed by safe house in so many ways.when i first got accepted i was depressed and on my last string of hope,safe house took me in and helped me find a job, also talking with the therapist help alot . i am happyer and indpendent. i smile more i apreciate everything that safe house has done for me. when i didnt have food safe house gave me grocrecys. i used to feel like everyone in the world were self perposed but now i no there both good and bad and im not alone . hopefully the skills i learn here will help me when im on my on.

I stayed at SafeHouse TLP for 18 months and they helped me get a job and get through truck driving school and get a job as a truck driver. They helped me learn how to budget my money and then helped me get an apartment of my own that I could afford. They still help me know whenever I need help with anything like budgeting or just someone to talk to I know they are always there and willing to help me. I am so grateful for everything they have done for me and continue to do for me.
