We attend Open Studios each October and it continues to get better and better. The studio visits are fun and informative, and we love adding seeing, and buying, new art.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

its educational focus and dedication to the visual arts.

I have participated in the Open Studios fall tour of artists' studios for 14 years. For many people in Boulder it is an important family tradition to visit artist's studios, and many visit their favorite studios every year. As an artist it have given me exposure in the community more than any other event, and sales from it has allowed me to make art full time. It has given people an exposure to and understanding of fine photography, and overall has brought art into many peoples lives.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

meeting people, both old friends and new friends, and talking about photography and the artistic process and philosophy.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

all very professional, hard working, and devoted to the educational mission of Open Studios.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

show more art to more people, and expand its art school to more people of all ages.

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

About once a year
