I am very happy to learn about One Love 4 Kids. It's an outreach organization that provide children with the necessary basic items needed for early childhood learning such as school supplies, uniforms just to name a few. May God continues to bless and give the founders, volunters and doners the strength to do such wonderful work. Keep up the good work and God bless you all.

I am a firm believer in paying it forward. The Casaco Foundation embodies paying it forward. I have known the founder for several years, and know how near and dear this foundation is to her. Having other friends who currently reside in Jamaica, I am fully aware of the numerous economic and educational hardships that plague the island nation. With the aid of organizations such as Casaco, the less fortunate citizens of Jamaica are provided with opportunites that would normally not be met. The opportunity to win a grant would not only be a great reward for thier hard work, but it would also be an honor, as it shows recognition for an honest and legitimate foundation.

I am a believer a firm believer that Education is the key to lift disadvantage societies from the trappings of our stratified society, and I applaud CASACO for doing this important work. Many NGO's fail to advance their ambitious program by neglecting the basic needs one has in order to take advance of education provided. That is where CASACO comes in: to help communities old and young overcome the dificulties that prevent them from being educated. Their assistance program empower individuals to focus in their education in not on the basic and everyday necessities that many of them lack. Good Job CASACO!

I think what this organization is doing is very heart warming for the brutal world that we live in where everyone is all for themselves. I have observed what this organization did in December for the kids in Jamaica. I thought it to be very nice and genuine in the sense that what was done not for any alterior motive. Keep up the good work guys.

There is an old Chinese Proverb: “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” The CASACO Foundation strives to improve the lives of children who are deprived of fundamental educational needs. In the past few years, I have watched the CASACO foundation move from an idea discussed around a table and flourish into an awe-inspiring organization that has and continues to provide substantial help to hundreds of children in Jamaica in the form of food, clothing, shoes, bags and school supplies.

The CASACO foundation intends to build a library as well as a computer lab in the coming years. The library will give the children access to books that they otherwise would not have access to as well as a place to read/study in peace in a region surrounded by chaos. We tend to take the things that we have for granted. While computers are an everyday convenience to us, most of the children in this program have not had any contact with computers. A computer lab will not only increase the children’s skill sets, it will also give them access to the rest of the world. Allow them to extend their dreams beyond their every day set-ups.

By improving the education opportunities of today’s impoverished children, the foundation is shaping the futures of their families. The passion displayed by the founders of the CASACO Foundation is exemplary. One of the founders said to me in conversation: “It is a mistake to do nothing because you can only do little- do what you can and make a small difference.” We can all learn from this. Winning this grant will make a world of difference for the children and families in the Caribbean.

The CASACO FOUNDATION exemplifies the spirit of giving and helping those in the greatest of need. The goals they set for helping the impoverished childeren and orphans in Jamaica is truly inspiring. Think of what it would mean to these kids to have a library with decent resources so that they can educate themselves to better their own community. In this world, knowledge is power and this project would be a small but vital part in helping children, who normally would not have the resources, to gain the knowledge and become the future power of their country.
